Pembroke Woman Arrested In Alexander County

33-year old Jessica Cherin Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina was arrested on Saturday, June 24th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was served warrants from Robeson County for cyberstalking and larceny. Locklear was released on bond.
