Newton Man Arrested Again For Solicitation Of A Minor

31-year-old Damian Allen Costner of East of Newton was arrested by Newton Police on Wednesday and served a felony warrant as a fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. Costner is wanted by the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office in Morristown, Tennessee for solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct. It’s his second arrest this month after having previously been arrested by Newton Police on February 8 on the same charge.

Following Wednesday’s arrest, Costner was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he is being held without bond.
