The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Daquann Malik Proctor of Omaha, Nebraska on Wednesday July 1st. He’s charged with felony statutory rape of child age 15 or younger and three counts of statutory sex offense with child age 15 or younger. Proctor is being held without bond in the Iredell County Detention Center under a secured bond of $200.000.
