
Carlton Javius Fuller
Monday at 5:40 pm, a Public Safety Officer responded to the suspect’s address. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Fuller, who was already under arrest. The suspect had sustained minor injuries and was brought to UNC Health Blue Ridge for treatment. After the doctor released him, Fuller was transported to the Burke County Jail.
According to the North Carolina Department Of Adult Correction Offender Public Information website, Carlton Javius Fuller has multiple convictions, all in 2016. He was convicted in Burke County in March, April, May and November of that year for multiple offenses including first-degree burglary. The burglary conviction resulted in a prison term of just over six years that ended in 2022.
Following Monday’s arrest, Fuller was incarcerated in the Burke County Jail where he remained as of earlier today under a total secured bond of 1,065,000. District Court appearances are scheduled Thursday (August 10) and for August 31.
