27-year-old Johnithyn Thomas Bristol was arrested Monday by authorities in Burke County. He’s charged with felony kidnapping, domestic violence protective order violation, and probation violation. Bristol was placed in jail in Morganton under $150,000 secured bond. District Court appearances were scheduled Monday (June 28) and for July 8. A Superior Court appearance is scheduled for August 16.
