Morganton Man Arrested After Morning Vehicle Pursuit In Alexander County

Thomas Jeffery Edminsten age 44 Piney RD., Morganton, was arrested following a vehicle pursuit Friday morning in Alexander County. The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office filed the following charges

Felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle
Resisting a public officer
Speeding (81-mph in 55 mph zone)
Driving with license revoked
No motorcycle endorsement

Edminsten has an extensive criminal history. He has been released under a secured bond of $20,000. A Monday, November 2nd court date is scheduled in Taylorsville.
