45-year old Cloyd Wayne Burns of Granite Falls is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center after missing court dates. Burns is charged with failure to appear on charges of felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering. Burns was detained on December 1st and remains behind bars with a secured bond of $30,000.
