Following an investigation into a stolen vehicle, Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30-year old Alexander James Welborn of Stony Point on Tuesday. Welborn is charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000.
