Man From Hiddenite Taken Into Custody Again

Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30-year old Jason Tyler Dover of Hiddenite on Thursday, June 27th. He was served an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with license revoked and resisting arrest. Dover was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $4,500.

On June 21st, Dover was charged with vandalism with damage to personal property and second-degree trespassing.

Dover has a series of previous charges pending in Alexander County that include felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine,felony maintaining a vehicle/ dwelling or place for controlled substance, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance,possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed gun and a series of traffic related offenses.
