Hickory Police arrested 49-year old Tyrone Matthew Rozzelle on Tuesday. Rozzelle of Hickory, was charged with common law robbery and placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $20,000. He is scheduled to make an initial court appearance today.
