William Rodney Moran, age 28 of Taylorsville, is facing a charge of felony larceny of a motor vehicle. Moran was placed in custody on Tuesday. The charges date back to August 17h. Moran is being Held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
