Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct

Taylorsville Police arrested Richard Lee Fondcaro, age 34, of Taylorsville on Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct and injury to personal property. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $1,000.
