Man Charged With Cocaine Trafficking

Orlando Ray Rhinehardt, 52 of Catawba, was arrested on Thursday for conspiring to traffic cocaine by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $50,000.
