Roy Lee Blue, 32 of Catawba, was arrested this morning by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon/inflicting serious injury, simple assault, felony possession of a stolen vehicle, felony possession of schedule I controlled substance, and possession of schedule IV controlled substance. Blue is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $24,000.
