Man and Woman Charged With Assault And Armed Robbery In Alexander County

A man and a woman have been charged with assault and armed robbery in Alexander County.

On Monday, 39-year old Shemeka Lanette Little and James Eric Miller, age 43 of Taylorsville, were taken into custody. They’re both charged with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony assault-inflicting serious bodily injury.

Little is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $200,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in district court on May 9th.

Miller is being held under a $100,000 secured bond and is also scheduled for a court appearance on May 9th in Taylorsville.
