28-year-old Kayla Marie Russell of Lenoir was arrested last Friday by Granite Falls Police Officers. She’s charged with felony counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and speeding to elude arrest along with a misdemeanor count of assault and battery. Russell was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today. No upcoming court dates were listed
