Lenoir Man Jailed For Assault, Cyber Stalking, Discharging Firearm Into Occupied Property
24-year-old Austin Dayne Phillips of Lenoir was arrested Friday, May 5th by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with one felony count assault with a deadly weapon and felony discharging a firearm into occupied property. In addition Phillips was charged with three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear, misdemeanor false imprisonment, and misdemeanor cyber stalking. He was given a custody release along with an $82,000 secured bond. Phillips remains in jail as of this morning with two District Court appearances scheduled for May 8 and June 5.
