60-year-old Garry Lynn Whiteside of Peachtree Lane in Lenoir was arrested Sunday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He was charged with felony second-degree kidnapping and felony malicious assault in secret. Whiteside is being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center without bond.
