49-year-old Johnny Everette Setzer of Lenoir was arrested Saturday, May 15th by Granite Falls Police Officers. He’s charged with felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Setzer was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled Monday.
