Hudson Man Arrested For Statutory Rape

A Caldwell County man has been charged statutory rape.

26-year-old Justin Jerome Turner of Hudson was arrested Tuesday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s facing counts of felony statutory rape of a child 15-years-old or younger and indecent liberties with a child.

Turner is being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center with a secured bond of $150,000. A court appearance is set for today in Lenoir.
