Michael Lloyd Napier, 40, of Liberty Church RD., Hiddenite was taken into custody on Wednesday by the NC Highway Patrol and the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was initially served a warrant for failure to appear related to a pending charge of driving while license revoked. Napier was also charged with two-counts of resisting arrest. He’s is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a listed bond of $6,000.
