Khadejah Brodericka Tugman, age 28 of Hickory, is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center. Tugman was arrested by officers in Caldwell County on Cataba County warrants for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present and discharging a firearm in city limits. She is being held under a secured bond of $50,000.
