The following is news release from Hickory Police:
Hickory – On Monday, March 25, 2019 at approximately 10:10 P.M., Hickory Police responded to the Q Express convenience store located at 525 4th Street SW reference an armed robbery. During the robbery the suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money the suspect fled on foot.
The suspect is described as being a Black male, thin build, wearing a blue hooded jacket, gloves and an item covering his face.
