Hickory Man Facing Felony Charge Of Arson

49-year-old Kenneth Leroy Lail of Springs Road in Hickory was arrested Saturday, March 12th by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony first-degree arson. Following the arrest, Lail was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $10,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled today in Newton.
