Hickory Police arrested 44-year old Kevin Maurice Linder on Tuesday and charged him with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He was also charged with violating a domestic violence protective order and placed in the Catawba County Detention Center without bond. Linder, who’s listed as homeless is scheduled to make a court appearance today in Catawba County District Court.
