Hickory Man Busted On Multiple Felony Drug Charges

25-year-old Luke Allen Osborne of 23rd Street Drive N.E. in Hickory has been arrested by Hickory Police on a long list of charges, including possession of heroin (two counts), possession of methamphetamine (two counts), possession of a schedule II controlled substance, identity theft, possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. He was also charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver heroin, fentanyl, and meth.

Following his arrest, Osborne was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $202,001 bond. District & Superior court appearances were scheduled Wednesday in Newton with another Superior Court date coming up on July 10.
