33-year-old Steven Tyler Philbeck of 20th Street NE in Hickory was arrested Thursday by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with trafficking methamphetamine. Philbeck is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under $50,000 bond. A District Court date was scheduled for Thursday.
