Lenoir Police arrested 61-year old Anthony Joseph Hamby of Lenoir on Sunday. He is charged with assault on an individual with disability, assault and battery and a crime of domestic violence. Hamby is being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center with a secured bond listed at $5,000.
