Hickory Man Arrested, Sets Fashion Trend With Mugshot

A Hickory man was arrested Friday and charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance. 22-year old Toby Butler Guffey was taken into custody by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office and placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, May 3rd in Newton.

Note that the suspect is wearing a new shirt complete with the tag. Perhaps a fashion trend to come ?
