Gilmore was observed getting into the driver’s seat of a blue Volkswagen along with a female passenger and proceeded to pull out of the parking lot onto Old NC 10, traveling toward East Burke Middle School. Narcotics Investigators initiated a traffic stop on Gilmore just before the rear entrance to East Burke Middle School.
