29-year-old Trevor Shane Winkler of Fowler Road in Granite Falls has been arrested by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Following the Friday, June 26th arrest, Winkler was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center. He has since been released on bond. A court date is scheduled for July 15.
