Fugitive Captured Friday In Hiddenite

A fugitive was arrested Friday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.

39-year old Joseph Lee Kirby was located at a residence in Hiddenite and taken into custody. Kirby has multiple outstanding felony warrants from the state of Kentucky. He was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $50,000.
