Terry Roger Joy, age 21 of Princeton, West Virginia was arrested on Tuesday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was served a fugitive warrant from Floyd, County Virginia. Floyd is not longer listed as an inmate in the Alexander County Detention Center.
