Jeffery Wayne Hammer, age 59, Henry Hammer LN., Taylorsville, was arrested by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. Deputies charged him with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hammer was placed in the Alexander County Jail with bond set at $20,000.
