The Blackhawks beat Alexander Central for the second time this season behind the pitching of Lily Profit. ACHS managed only 3 hits and struck out 17 times. The Lady Cougars slide to 3-3 for the season.

The Black Knights survived an error-filled game in Taylorsville. The Cougars led 4-0 after three innings but the visitors would score 6 times in the fifth inning. They added three more in the sixth to get the win. Nathan Pope led ACHS with a homer and 3 rbi. The loss drops Alexander Central to 4-3. The two will play again today at North Davidson.
