Conover Woman Facing Drug Charges In Taylorsville

Kristy Diane Hughes, age 47 of Conover was charged on Friday by Taylorsville Police Officers. She was cited for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of controlled substance on jail premises, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hughes is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $36,500. She has a court appearance set for Monday, February 1st in Alexander County District Court.
