29-year-old Juan Carlos Hurtado-Salazar of 8th Avenue SW in Conover was arrested Saturday (January 17) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle. The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office is also holding Hurtado-Salazar on an ICE detainer. A District Court date was scheduled today.
