Conover Police are searching for multiple suspects in a fatal shooting.
Conover Officers were called to Catawba Valley Medical Center Sunday morning in reference to a male suffering gunshot wounds. 24-year old Isiah Knight of Conover died at the hospital. He was taken to the medical facility in a personal vehicle.
Investigators say Knight was shot on the 100 block of Eighth Avenue SW in Conover.
Conover Police Chief Eric Loftin says the department was able to identify a suspect vehicle that had multiple subjects inside. Security camera footage at neighboring residences helped identify the vehicle identified as a red Cadillac SRX SUV with damage to the driver’s side rear window.
