Conover Man Held In Alexander County Jail

A Conover man is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center.

47-year old Nathan Scott Carroll was placed in the custody of the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. He was arrested on Alexander County warrants by Catawba County Deputies on May 5th . He was charged with one count of felony larceny, one count of misdemeanor first-degree trespass, and one count of misdemeanor vandalism-damage to real property. The charges were related to a series of vehicle battery thefts in the Bethlehem Community earlier in May.

54-year old Larry Allan Miller of Conover was arrested by Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies on the same charges. Miller is free on bond.
