Conover Man Charged With Armed Robbery
Dustin Neal Cook, 37 of Conover, is being held on a series of crimes after his arrest on Thanksgiving day. Conover Police charged Cook with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault by point a gun, assault with a deadly weapon, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, and injury to real property. As of this morning, Cook remains in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $50,000. A court appearance is set for Monday, November 30th.
