Child Rape Charge Filed Against Hudson Man

45-year-old Kevin Lee Ward of Hudson was arrested Tuesday by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with one felony count of first-degree child rape and two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child. Ward was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $200,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday.
