Ne’braskian Tay-Beon Sutphin, age 22 of Charlotte, was arrested on Monday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with discharging a firearm onto occupied property, discharging a firearm, carrying a concealed gun and injury to real property. Sutphin is listed as an inmate in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $46,000. Sutphin is scheduled for a court appearance today in Newton.
