Stephanie Jocelynn Ouellette
Stephanie Jocelynn Ouellette age 30 of Newton was taken into custody on Friday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She was served a Catawba County arrest warrant for felony probation violation. She was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $15,000.
