The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year old Cameron Michael Blair of Sanford, N.C. earlier this morning. He is charged with statutory rape of a child age 15 or younger and first-degree kidnapping. Blair is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $200,000. A first court appearance is scheduled for today in Newton.
