35-year old Angela Stansel Pennell of Hiddenite was arrested by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday and charged with communicating threats and assault and battery. She was placed in the Catawba County Jail with a secured bond of $1,000. An August 2nd court date is scheduled.
