Weldon Allen Seeds
30-year old Weldon Allen Seeds is charged with felony statutory rape of a child 15 years-old or younger, felony incest with a child, felony indecent liberties with a child, felony statutory sex-offense with a child and felony crime against nature.
Seeds is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $750,000 and is scheduled to make an initial court appearance on Monday in Taylorsville.
The investigation began after a complaint was filed that alleged Seeds as the suspect.
