***Breaking News*** Alexander County Man Facing Fifty Counts Involving Child Pornography

Following an investigation that began in March, the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Taylorsville man on charges related to the downloading of child pornography.

Investigators were able to track the IP address to a location in Alexander County and to an individual living at the physical location. Search Warrants were obtained and on Wednesday, August 9th, 41-year old Taylor Ashton Hall was taken into custody.

Hall is charged with 50 counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $1 million.
