29-year old Emma Mae Quinn of Taylorsville was arrested on Saturday for failing to appear on a charge of larceny. Quinn was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a a secured bond of $9,000, where she remains as of this morning. A court date of December 15th has been scheduled.
