25-year old Daphne Amanda Phillips was arrested Sunday morning by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on a series of charges. Phillips is facing a count of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a fictitious/altered title. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in court today in Taylorsville.
