Alexander County Schools Move To Masks Required Policy…Updated

The Alexander County Board of Education voted Tuesday to require face coverings for all students and staff on all campuses. The decision came after a report from school health services indicated 585 students or 13.2 percent of students are currently quarantined in the school system.

The policy will be reviewed within 30 days.

The new mandate will begin on Wednesday, September 1st.
